  Thankyou all at Torquay this afternoon for your help...especially the lady with the long dark hair (Sorry I didn't catch your name) 10 out of 10! You were all most helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable and not at all pushy like some firms (my pet hate!). I have been with O2 since i first had a mobile (when they were like house bricks!) and wouldn't change. Bosses...They all deserve a bonus!

  I've been In this store several times and the customer service is awful. The staff are very rude and talk down to you. I would really recommend going to a different O2.
