  I'd like to say I was impressed with a member of staff (Apologies I didn't get your name). I was in the shop approaching closing time and just briefly perusing the car seats a member of staff came over and asked if I needed help. I Assumed it was to usher me out of the door in time for closing but in fact it was the opposite. She answered some questions I had and even offered to take various different seats down and test them in my car. I declined the kind offer as it was just a brief enquiry but had I not known the time I would never have thought it was 3 minutes from closing time. Thank you for the excellent service.
