  Went in with my daughter and son this morning. She was so excited. Shame that a staff member came from out the back with a trolley following very closely to us huffing and puffing and tutting as he went. I had my pram with my son in so we weren't moving that fast and when I asked my daughter to stop to let the gentleman past he couldn't even muster a thank you. Staff always abrupt and lacking knowledge, and general customer service skills. Not spending my money here.

  Great shop with a good selection of toys. Should be able to find something for your budget and the staff were very helpful. With real toy shops few and far between, this is a real gem. Even when busy, the staff get people through the tills quickly and with a smile.
