  Member of staff had a terrible attitude towards me, the customer. After quoting me £41, i went into their office to have the tyres fitted, he then quoted me £48 a tyre! When i mentioned the £41, he replied 'Why didn't you tell me in the first place?!' In other words, they just charge what they want. I told him i didn't like how he was talking to me, he said 'Well talk to someone else then', so i told him i've had enough, and i'll go else where. So much for customer service. If they're going to pretend to be reputable, then it should be one price for all, and not the price that suites them when they rip off their customers.
